State Farm Polybutylene Pipe Insurance Class Action Lawsuit

Caddell & Chapman obtained certification of a class of Arizona State Farm insureds in a class action lawsuit over State Farm’s failure to reimburse them for repairs to leaking polybutylene (PB) pipe in their homes.
