Tort Recovery Against Nevada

As lead counsel, Michael Caddell and John Scofield settled a tort claim recovery against the State of Nevada. The lawsuit arose from a multiple fatality accident near Las Vegas involving a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper. Wrongful Death Verdict

Caddell & Chapman was lead counsel for the mother and father of a 23 year old man who suffocated to death when he became engulfed in grain while working at the Port Elevator grain facility in Brownsville, Texas.
